Ane would recall Verizon would go along themselves up to exacting standards of customer service but heck no they treat customers like trash now days not listening, not helping, non fixing problems, non caring nigh customers grievances or the fact that customers are calling and trying to effigy out how to fix their account issues does Verizon care... .. HELL NO Verizon's Standards have dropped tremendously over the years then much and so that I'm confused and concerned I hateful really is Verizon trying to become extinct or become the worst part of everyone'south 24-hour interval... My greatest wish is that Verizon gear up all the bugs in their systems of their mainframe reckoner for their company I hateful re-kicking the whole arrangement people please fix bugs and make sure everyone's accounts are accurately working. If the customer calls in they should NEVER Ever take to BEG for their issues to exist taken seriously enough to be stock-still by Verizon'due south so called experts I say and so called Because of rudeness that causes customers to get hateful and rude back Disloyal customer service representatives... Whom are neither loyal to Verizon or the client only loyal to coin they are earning that possibly they shouldn't exist. Not realistic practices inside verizon Verizon agents and supervision from supervisors that prevarication or refuse to hear or help you Threatening customers Hanging up on customers when information technology's not actually a necessity I hateful P. At a RV park in middle of no where, literally. My Verizon gets 2 confined, 4G LTE, vocalization and texting is fairly decent majority of fourth dimension. Bad atmospheric conditions lucky if I become ane bar. Family members utilize T Mobile and absolutely no signal for them.

I've had Verizon for years and have never had bug with coverage. Verizon may cost more than the contest, but it is the about reliable. I've been all over the country and have never had coverage issues.

i have directly talk, I believe they are through verizon, just am not 100% certain.( and a Samsung milky way s5 phone). I have admittedly no service one time in a slap-up while if I become on a loma I can transport a text, or if I become to the top of phone call hill I can text. I believe my uncle had at&T and could unremarkably get service. I cant live in an area and walk ii miles to be certain I get service. if anyone could post what (if any ) service works in the Canisteo / Hartsville expanse, I would exist very grateful. I would really like to discontinue my landline, but I cant seem to discover a reliable network. Thank you.
